SIGACT ("we," "our," or "the Service") is a geopolitical risk monitoring platform operated by Onil LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use sigact.live.

Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Portfolio data: If you enter stock tickers and dollar amounts into the portfolio feature, this data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). We do not transmit your portfolio holdings to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync.

Usage data: We collect standard web analytics (pages visited, features used, device type) to improve the Service. We do not track your browsing activity outside of sigact.live.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and provide access to gated features
• To display your name and profile photo within the application
• To improve and develop new features for the Service
• To communicate important updates about the Service

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Google (OAuth). These providers process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Storage and Security

Account data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Portfolio data entered in the app is stored locally in your browser unless cloud sync is enabled. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Revoke Google sign-in access via your Google Account settings
